These terms of use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website adsumtech.ca (“the Site”) operated by Adsum Technologies inc. (“Adsum Technologies”, “we”, “our”). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the site

The Site is made available to you for information purposes about the services of Adsum Technologies and to facilitate communication with our team. You agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Professional services

Managed IT services and other professional services offered by Adsum Technologies are governed by separate service agreements between Adsum Technologies and its clients. These Terms do not govern the provision of such services. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the terms of the service agreement shall prevail.

4. Submission of information

When you submit information through the forms on the Site (quote request, contact form, etc.), you represent that the information provided is accurate and complete. The processing of this information is governed by our privacy policy.

5. Third-party content and external links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for informational purposes only. Adsum Technologies exercises no control over the content of these sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

6. Site availability

We strive to keep the Site accessible at all times, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption or free of errors. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Site at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, updates, or any other reason.
